BUYING AN ANDROID PHONE

What to consider when buying an ANDROID phone ? Especially if its your first ANDROID mobile.

Is money a factor ?
In case money is a factor then go for micromax sets in the market. Avoid Chinese sets. they don't have any guarantee.

If money isn't a factor then your requirements should be in the order:
1. Processor. Go only for processors above 1GHZ
2. RAM . I insist it should be 512 MB minimum. Don't buy less than that. You will regret.
3. ROM. Minimum 512 MB. Most apps in Android market tend to install in pone memory.
Internal memory should be as high as possible within reasonable price.
4. Whether the manufacturer provides UPGRADES. Android updates to upper OS is normally preferred                        .    since the new OS would be much more user friendly and less bugs.

Now coming to less important points:

WiFi should be an important requirement.
A-GPS or assisted GPS is required for navigation. You are guaranteed to love it.
Touch should be capacitive. Avoid resistive touch phones.
